A small team that shows up
Foster 3D Tours was founded by Conrad Foster, a finance student who saw how much a good 3D tour helps people decide on a space. What started as a side project grew into a full-service tour company working with real estate agents, landlords, hotels and builders.
We shoot every tour on a Matterport Pro2 with professional lighting, and the same people who answer your call are the ones who scan your property.

How long does a scan take?
About 1–2 hours for an average 2,000 sq ft home. Larger homes and commercial spaces take longer, and we'll give you an estimate up front.
How should I prepare the property?
Tidy up, turn on every light, open interior doors and clear walkways. Anything visible will be in the tour.
When will I get my tour?
Most tours are delivered within 24–48 hours of the scan. Rush processing is available for an extra fee.
How do I share it?
You get a link you can send by email or text, post on social media, or embed on your website and listing pages.
How long does the tour stay online?
One-time scans include a year of hosting, and extended hosting is available. Monthly plans stay live as long as you're subscribed.
